  On Wednesday November 27th, '13 at this Kirby/Mattis PNC Branch, I was deliberately scammed out of $475 by teller Brandon. I gave him bills to condense into $100's. He tried to call my $20 dollar bills $1 dollar bills and when I found out, he said it was a "mistake". I didn't even give him any $1 dollar bills. I got all of my money back, but I am letting everyone know to be aware of this scam by this teller. Bank manager Dave Henry is aware of the situation. Apparently Dave Henry thinks that is perfectly ok and believes it was a "mistake" and won't fire Brandon for that.

  I'm a new business account for PNC. Two times already I have had poor experience at the teller simply trying to deposit single checks. The first time they deposited a check into the personal account rather than the business account. They couldn't fix it on the phone so I had to take the time to go in to the branch. I waited in line at the teller to be told I had to talk to someone else. This lady simply completed the deposit/withdrawal slips and then gave it to the same teller to key. The second poor experience I am waiting in line with my deposit slip completed, needing to make a quick check deposit. When the teller was done with her current client, she took the person behind me, rather than assist me, as that person knew the client she just completed.

  By far the most welcoming bank I've ever walked into. I'm not a customer yet and was greeted with smiles and coffee I highly recommend banking here at PNC
