- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★For those of you out there reading these older reviews, they are inaccurate . There is an online banking app. Search First Federal Concierge and you will see the blue and green logo on the correct app. Second, their online site is rather simple to navigate. If you can't figure out the site, maybe you should call and speak to someone. They don't have an automated answering service that leaves you talking to a computer and dialing the options you want like PNC does either. Most times, my questions can be answered by the first person to pick up the phone. It seems that only uneducated or impatient people don't take the time to figure something simple out. But that's okay, those few can take their asses to Busey and deal with their customer service.By Nicole Davis, June 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Let me preface this by saying that this is a review of their checking account. I cannot speak to the quality of their other financial services. I had a First Federal checking account for around 6 years. $5 a month for basic checking, exorbitant ATM fees, inconvenient locations and a HORRIFIC online interface made it a terrible experience. However, it does deserve at least one star because the people are nice (and they used to give out free cookies). I recently switched to PNC's Virtual Wallet and absolutely love it.By A Google User, March 23, 2017
