    Waiting for 1 hour regardless of what I'm there to do is ridiculous. The blasé attitude of the employees at this branch is staggering. I just came for a letter. Waiting for over an hour, you can't just stop by this bank. It's a whole day's planning. I have never had to wait this long at any other branch. Also quite cold of an atmosphere. Thank goodness there is a much closer bank to me.
